When you complain to your solicitor, you should state<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">What your complaint is about<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">What you want them to do about it<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Always take notes of any conversations.
